MLM Scam And You!

Back in the day, the Multi Level Marketing Scam was actually legal. You were able to do lots of things from the comfort of your own home and make some pocket money doing odd and ends things. Times have changed since the 30’s 40’s and 50’s. Now, 99% of these MLM jobs are complete scams and wastes of time. The MLM scam is pretty sneaky in that you THINK you are going to make real cash in a hurry, but end up losing out in the end. This is basically a plan for you to make money at home while avoiding a regular 9-5 job. These jobs were great back in the day when there was more of a shift in the workforce. MLM gigs were perfect for the archaic notion of a housewife. You would get products from a small-unknown company and shop them around your area to help that company gain exposure. You would take a profit based on what you sold and give a cut to the main company.

This system has been twisted to meet the needs of the predator or parent company. Usually the scam comes into play when they initially request money from an individual for training or materials needed to start selling. That is usually where they get you. Since you think you will be making money in the long run, you don’t think that initial investment hurts. The truth is, it does, and the whole thing is one big sham, and you will never see that money again. Now, there may be some MLM companies and products out there that are worth it, but they are way too few and far between.

You can avoid this scam by simply looking to other resources to find some part time money making. You could try and get a part time job or maybe learn how to do some affiliate marketing from your home; which is the next step of MLM. Just watch out and open your eyes and ears!
